Martin Hatch? *spoiler*
I finished the game today and usually when its about time travel, i am really confused to understand what is happening.

I remember in the series, Martin Hatch was killed by being stabbed in the eye. But Hatch appears in the last scene of the game which confuses me. From the notes in the game you can see that he is a Shifter but I still do not understand how he can be alive in the end of the game when he was killed before.

Also finished today. :D

It is stated in a note that a shifter exist in multiple realities and in order to "kill" a shifter you need to kill every single version of the shifter in all multiverses.

So he's killed twice in the Surrender ending, but that doesn't mean that he's dead for real.

Ah okay thank you. The game came more and more confusing but I really liked it.

There only weakness seems to the the eyes, thats why he takes eye drops too. I really thought when the device removes him from existence he was truly dead. But it seemed not.

who even cares? because Remedy literally threw their story-telling and world building out the window with ALAN WAKE 2. So none of this matters.
