I couldn’t find that in the news or events except for YEARS ago. I only need to play this game for 2h because it has the best profile backgrounds, but i have that DLC and don’t wanna waste it for no fun. No explanations on how exactly it’s activated, either....

I recently tried to play the game again after not having done so for a long time, so when I try to open the game, it wants me to make a new account, or transfer one over to steam. The issue is, when I make one, the website says my email is in use, and when I go over to transfer and use "forgot password", it claims that no such account exists, so I am in a bit of a pickle. Any advice on how to address this issue? Is it common?...
