Steam Deck compatibility testing

I own this game and tried to get it running on Steam Deck.

1. You have to use the settings launcher to set the resolution to 1280 x 720 before the game will launch.

2. After selecting a mode and car, the game never loads into a level.

If anyone is able to achieve better results, please share them here.

Working fine 800p. Fogging and AA off. 3w 60fps running with no slowdown or issues.

Setting it to 800p got the game to work. AA does not need to be turned off. The controller support is iffy, so I had to remap accelerate and brake to make it playable. Does anyone know a way to get the controller inputs fully working?

I just chose gamepad with trackpad support.
Sometimes the game doesn't even detect a controller plugged in.
The first time it only wanted to use the d-pad.
The next time I launched it, I simply moved the analogs around while it was launching and it worked fine. It controlled the same as it did on my PC with my Xbox One controller plugged in.
