Hi, sorry you are experiencing this issue.
I would suggest verifying files:

How to verify integrity of game files:
Close Deceit
Right click Deceit in your Steam Library
Click “Properties”
Go to “Local Files”
Click “Verify integrity of game files…” and wait until it’s finished
