I don't see a recorded stat for this so I can't be specific, but I think the highest I've gotten the planet multiplier up to was something like 6 or 7 million % (which was after about 5-6 ITRTG kills (and a bunch of kills on the previous ultimate beings as well, of course)).

At 245% creation speed your creation speed for making clones is maxed out. Only with more creation counts can you increase this speed. But everything else that takes longer to create can get increased until maxed out. When doing UUCs creation speed is crucial.

For me at 1120% creation speed it would take me like 60 minutes to create a universe alone (20 minutes with the tripled creation speed when you have had time offline). I like to create everything else up until the universe from oceans and nations and work my way up to the universe to benefit from the discount that comes with having more creation counts.

I recently completed all of my UBCs and haven't tried grinding higher PBaals yet. Last time I did that I was around 20 UBC complete so I figure I can get quite a bit higher now. Currently working on completing my DRCs though so might be a bit before I do that. I figure I'll get higher PBaals when I do AACs.
