Unlock characters for Liberation Rites
Hi, the game says characters needs to be "elevated" in order to be eligible for the liberation rite, yet it doesn't say what it means. I thought it was reaching the 3rd level but no it's not. I did my 3rd Liberation rite and i never managed to unlock new ones.
Any idea about it plz?
