Hello. I've been buying this police simulator for a long time and would really like to play it.

The only problem is that it won't start, after the owl appears at start, the game ends automatically without any error message. I've checked the game several times for errors, reinstalled it, uninstalled it, nothing helped. I also used Steam in offline mode and tried to run the game, unfortunately it didn't help for me.
