Report a translation problem
There is probably no problem related to resolution support bt something else, like a setting, may be causing a problem.

Another way less technical but more silly:
So you when launch the game can you control it but not see it? If so you can probably still change the setting blind. Once you are at the main menu hold down for about 5 seconds you will have exit selected so hit up once that will bring you to options. While in the option the fifth and sixth options are what you need. Hit down 6 times then hit enter once then left then enter. This will put it in windowed mode. You might be able to see enough already but in case you can't hit enter then go up once (or down 5 times from the top). Press enter then left a few times then enter. It should cause the window to shrink.
Just to let you know the order of the 6th option is fullscreen ->, borderless -> windowed and it does wrap around same with resolution it also wraps.
