So I am trying to get the DLC for this loaded onto my content to play on GeForceNOW and having issues. I have android device and GFN paid sub but no desktop PC.

Is there a way to get the DLC loaded for the GeForceNOW platform without access to Steam on a PC or desktop at all? Just on my mobile? I'm hitting walls and the devs seem unhelpful so far.
