no cloud saving, achievements still doable?
I had to reset my entire PC due to some tasty hardware upgrades so i installed this game once again and noticed that this does not have cloud savings. I put 40+ hours into the game and i really wanted to get all those achievements done... i still enjoy the gameplay so i don't mind especially since i know what to do and how to do but if i reach the point of new achievements, do they pop? is this still working?

the achievements are linked to your steam account, they don't disappear,
I made a backup, bought a new pc and when i restored, I had no saves, but the achievementes are still there, and I don't think you'll not be able to do them

I know that they would not dissappear once i've achieved them. Everything else doesn't make sense. I'm talking about the achievements i have not obtained yet, if they'd pop properly or even at all if i replayed the whole game since i obviously haven't before the system upgrade.
