Starting as 14 years old

Aside from the stat malus is there something extra to it?

Basically you take a debuff in this game to lesson the debuffs in later games as you age. Personally I think starting at 14 its a bit much for this game when 18 is also decently young with no stat debuffs. If you start older you gain stat bonus but get increasing effects from aging as the game goes on.

So i guess starting as 14 makes you immune to any debuff from aging in the next game but also makes you start with a debuff here correct?
