For some reason my game no longer plays in full screen. I can't seem to locate the graphics options for either screen mode or resolution. How do I do this?

I've upgraded to a double wide monitor since I last played this title (and the 3D 1/2 sequel) and am not able to play the game. re-installed today and the game will only launch in full screen mode and the scaling of the UI places key buttons off screen. I am able to get into the Settings menu but here again most of the border buttons are now off screen and I have to Alt-F4 to abort the application to exit. If there is a windowed mode, I'm unable to access it. Would love a patch/update to resolve this s...
