I think so I've got the the end of challenge mode twice and it didn't work

This achievement is currently broken. Even after beating the Mars DLC in challenge mode, I didn't get the achievement.

Solution to the problem:

1) Run steam://open/console
2) Type: download_depot 444770 444771 4319830810451641103
3) Wait for download
4) In "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mimpi Dreams" delete all files
5) Copy all from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_444770\depot_444771 to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mimpi Dreams"
6) In file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\appmanifest_444770.acf add the line "AllowSkipGameUpdate" "1"
7) Change game setting "Automatic updates" to "Only update this game when I launch it"
8) Run the game.
9) Complete to Challenge mode.
