What are theses green darts thing that increases to 1 every time I play a match? Is there any way to get more of theses or they just increment to 1 every time I play a match?

I keep getting no match found when trying to find a game. This has been going on for a while. Don't know why or how to fix it. Pls help. i tried reinstalling, repairing game and other modes. i can still open the leader boards.
