Does only one player need a club pass in friendly battles?

If i want to play a custom club with my friend and he doesnt have a club pass while i do, is it possible to play multiple games a day? If its possible then ill buy a club pass

no if your have club acces your friend dont need it to join with the code

Both players need Club Membership, though if one player doesn't, they can use their one free pass for the day in a private match.
