Remove casual and competitive
There's no reason they should exist and have done more harm to the game by directly harming community servers and yes this matters because the state of community servers is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible, there's only like 5-10 good community servers like what the ♥♥♥♥ is this ♥♥♥♥? Also casual is taking off all the players away from community servers which is why most community servers are empty thanks valve hope you are happy

If you explored community servers more, I'm sure you'll find many great servers. Don't let the servers with 0 players bother you either, because they are more alive than you think.

I'd say remove comp servers and turn them in valve servers for the server browser that is all.

What lack of vanilla servers actually? Untick the "Hide empty servers" checkbox, and you see countless vanilla servers. Don't give me the "But they are empty" excuse either. They are empty because you haven't joined yet.

Casual made people lazy and not want to bother with community servers or the browser.

Shut it down and move the valve servers to the browser, lets do it!

I just started playing tf2 again after many many years and the community server browser is a mess. I just want to play payload or capture control point and the casual queue thing saved me from uninstalling. I cant find any servers hosting a variety of gamemodes its either one thing or just one map which is really boring. There are some skira or skara servers i played on but other than that its just completely random stuff and made up gamemodes on there.

I don't think it's Valve's fault that community servers are nothing but 24/7 2fort. It's on the community to make proper casual servers themselves, but evidently there's no demand for it.
