Question please on the game if you have the time
I noticed there were gates that i can't open yet, is there a point in the game where i can go back when i have the right sword to open it.

Sadly not, though you'll run through the same areas again when making different choices.

this entire game revolves around a series of areas you'll come to know better as time rewinds with each story. you'll have many many chances to open those gates.
