This, however, seems to be fixed in the current development version. You can try by enabling the "nightly" beta on Steam. Or just wait for the next release, it will come very soon!
Note you can also increase the font size (only for TTF fonts).
I've lowered the resolution of my monitor so that everything is bigger and that helps a little.
Could I suggest a high-contrast menu option etc. I have also noticed that the text is really difficult to read on the marbled grey GUI etc. White text on a dark blue/black background is generally the easiest to read. Coupled with an option to perminabtly enlarge game fonts etc, poorly sighted gamers like me would be in with a good chance.
I know this is free and i dont want to seem like an ungrateful complainer so i do hope this input is helpful
I wish I could scale the interface the way I can in Open TTD so that I could adjust what I see to a comfortable size. It's the one feature that makes me choose it over Simutrans. I played OTTD years ago and was looking forward to seeing what interesting differences there might be in this variation.
I like the saying a squeaky wheel gets greased. Thanks for the info as I found the UI scaling as well as to what fonts to use to increase font size. Now I can give this game a whirl to see how it works.
Thanks all
