Some of you have been experiencing problems with having your Multiplayer ranks reset out of the blue for no apparent reason.

For some of you this is a glitch. For others this was intentionally done by Treyarch for breaking the code of conduct.

If you believe your rank has been reset out of error, please wait a week from the date of the reset for it to restore itself.

If it has been a week and your rank has not fixed itself, please contact Treyarch support.
