For those who have performance problems with this game, try this: Delete, or rename, the video files "Wind.mp4" and "Wind.wmv" in the Steam folder "Mouvies". Here is full path: "Steam\steamapps\common\Perception\Perception\Content\Movies". This removes animated menu screen, but dramatically increases fps in the game....
