The description for this achievement says it's for never being caught by the Presence: is this actually the case or will dying at all mean I don't get the achievement? So far I've managed to succeed in dodging the unpleasant Mr Presence but I haven't quite experienced the same success with the Little Sisters (er, the gun-toting creepy doll things, you know the ones I mean) and managed to get pwned. Again. Should I retrieve a slightly old save and replay that bit?
