So I'm not sure if this will actually be answered but figured it's worth a shot. Practicing with Nico Robin and I noticed that she not only uses her ability gauge to teleport, but it can also be consumed by using her attacks as well. It's just. . . I'm not entirely sure what it's doing?

The ability gauge is being consumed, but she doesn't appear to be hitting faster, dealing more damage, "sprouting more hands". What's up with that?
