A solid but hard beat'em up. I hope Matt McMuscles makes more games

Definitely a Streets of Rage inspired beat-em up, however the negatives outweigh the positives here.

The title screen, banner, in game graphics, and cut scenes all have different art, which is kinda weird to me. Combat, while feeling ok, has some strange controller binds making it feel way more complex than necessary. It also feels like a slog to get through with all the enemies having way too large health bars.

I would give this a thumbs in the middle. If you REALLY want a beat-em up fix and the game’s on sale, go for it; however there’s better games in the genre out there.
