why always offline since yesterday?

Hi, I play daily and I play the AI not multiplayer. This weekend my game has been consistentlly crashing on every other battle. It's now Tuesday and it is still crashing. I play on a desktop PC. Can we get this solved please, Thanks.

On first load, players will now encounter a different screen on first play: they will get the choice of jumping right into a battle with the starter deck for Alliance, or go into the Tutorial, before being presented with the menu. The tutorial has a nice pack of rewards for completion. You are able to surrender the battle (but not the tutorial) if you choose not to play it through.
