Do i need to delete my save file to get the speedrun achievements?

No you do not, all you need to do for the "spend as little time as possible in ___" achievement all you have to do is get the best possible time in each level in the world, for example in the forest you need to beat every level and have a total time of under 107.94 seconds

No, I would recommend to optimise the living HELL out of your runs though. As a side note, you don't have to beat the levels all in one go, just try to get the lowest time you can on the levels.:beatmeat:
