Just purchased the game from steam and it does not load. I just get an error from windows that says there was a problem with em2012.exe and has stopped working! I want a refund.

hey everyone, i redownloaded emergency 2012 and for some reason its upgraded to the delux edition, but when i try run the free play map or extra mission, the free play does not load at all and the mission loads and instantly fails saying too many team members died, but also the mission map is missing and theres no "game world" (i hope that made sense) can anyone help? ...

hi, when I start playing mission 9 the truck crashes into the building and takes fire. Then the screen goes white and I get an error whindow that tellls me the program stopt working. What to doo??? Please help
