Almost all of my gmod maps have a wireframe and missing texture issue

Almost all of my gmod maps have a wireframe and missing texture issue

Except for the vanilla sandbox maps, (construct and flatgrass) I see that each map I play on has missing or wireframe textures, these aren't even added or replacement textures, these are just inbuilt half life 2 textures, now I don't know what the issue is here but this has been happening for about a month now, I've uninstalled many addons to see if that resolves the issue, I've verified game files numerous times already, to no avail, it is still wireframe textures along with missing textures. I don't see any other way than to factory reset the game completely or uninstall and reinstall it, also, is there a way I can group the addons I have installed now into some sort of collection? That is if I try uninstalling all my addons I can get the addons I have now easier? I have a hard time keeping track of what addons I have installed and I'll end up forgetting all of them I have now by the time I reset the game, any help with either of these issues would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time, if you have any insights on how to resolve this, please do let me know. I'll try to attach a screenshot of the issue, keep in mind this isn't for just one map, its for maps that keep using hl2 textures.

Is probably related to the half-life 2 anniversary update , it increased fidelity on textures , if you own half-life 2 , its a great idea to launch the game then close it , then open GMOD and "mount" half-life

It unfortunately did not work, I went in and out of Half-Life, then launched Garry's Mod, unmounted then remounted Half-Life 2, there are still missing textures and wireframe.

Verify the integrity of the files?

If it fails , then dis-install and install GMOD again;

If that also don´t solve the issue , then open files folder from garry´s mod , and find this program: FactoryReset-GMod

Open it and type "Y" , wait for it and re-launch the game;

Yes , make an collection with those addons included , but dis-install them in-case you wanna factory reset the game
