Lost server connection led to 500,000 lost chips

Hello,

Sunday the 8th I played for 500,000 chips and as it unfortunately happen sometimes the server lost my connection.

I lost that amount in the past for fair reasons but here I ask for a refund as it is something that occurs due to a bug.
