Hello guys! Please let us know if you still have this problem.
Unfortunately, no :/
Guys, please do the following:
1. Re-install the game and restart Steam
2. Make sure that Business Tour has all necessary rights from your antivirus
3. Check your connection stability
4. Use VPN. Usually it solves this problem immediately.
If this problem remains after that, please send us your output_log.txt files from Business Tour installation directory. Here's our e-mail: businesstour.game@gmail.com
Why would I use VPN to access a game from now on while I was able to play the game without it?
Also, I said I reinstalled the game earlier which shows that you clearly didn't read the whole message.
What to say about connection stability and antivirus thing? Are you kidding me? Just copy and paste some stuff and that's called "support". It is actually expectable for a game that has a output of "Something went wrong, please try again." when an error occurs. Great error handling mechanism, it informs users so great that users should check their connection stability to resolve the issue. I'm not gonna send a file, deleted the game instead. Let my friends know about this as well. Have a nice day!
Well, thank you for your feedback, but let me explain some things to you.
We really want to help you resolve any problems encountered in game.
Mentioned steps are basic things to do first to resolve encountered connection problem and they are common for all users. You said you reinstalled the game, but did you restart Steam after that? Does the game have all necessary permissions from your system to access internet?

What if game server's IP address got banned by your local connection provider or it's not available in your region in general? That's why we ask to try VPN.

Thank you for your understanding.
