HELP!!!

does anyone know how to fix the error code 10. i try to play online it finds a game but it always ends up the same with an error sending me back to the main menu and says unknown error code 10

If you're having trouble connecting to Gearbox SHiFT and are seeing error code 10, you can try these steps:

reboot your computer.

Update your router's firmware: Make sure your router's firmware is up to date.
Restart your router: Unplug your router for 10 minutes and then plug it back in.
Disable network filtering: Disable any firewall or other network filtering for the game.

You can also submit a support ticket at http://support.gearboxsoftware.com.

so i bought borderlands 3 on epic and it connects just fine. seems like its a steam issue
