Just uncheck everything in the hud mod menu, and also disable the option "Camera's Shake" into Options/HUD/Advanced, that's the one you're looking for. There are also other options here that you can check/uncheck.
Will be possible to have this little mod only and add a new command line to enable/disable the effect for example.
With modding you can do anything ;-)
