Season pass question

I've owned the game for a while now, and decided to get the season pass to try out operations so i bought it on amazon code worked it says installed but battleborn doesn't recognize that i own it.

When you look at Battleborn in your library, does the season pass show up in the DLC list?

Yeah already got it fixed had to contact support give them a ton of info but its finally fxed

Same problem. Just contacted support. About how long did they take to fix the issue for you?

i contacted during the 4th weekend so for me it was lprobably longer but about 2 days. give them your battleborn id. steam id. steam transaction history and recipt if you can will speed it up
