I can't get an achievement. I decided to finish off all the content in the game. I restarted the day, I thought it was raging, after several restarts the cassette did not spawn and only a note appeared. I reinstalled the game, rewrote and nothing again, that is, the cassette never appeared, although it should be on the stump along with the note.

Who knows the solution or wait for a possible patch in the future to get an achievement?
