Fallout 4
Fallout 4 Mankind Divided?
So think of the people in commonw instead of being united they become
mankind divided, by forming their own factions. Why did they not be 1 faction?
Should they to battle rad beings super mutants ghouls robots etc ?

So instead rad beings became divided too why ? they are related being linked
to rads? they have the same blood? what colour is super mutants blood?
Do ghouls have blood? what color?

Should institute, RR MM Bos gunners etc be 1 faction where battle rad beings and
we get to experience them become mankind divided in to there own factions?

Where we see them betray and become what they are now? surely that would
be cleverer and more interesting? while having their own missions?
Or only be 1 faction? Did people want factions to be mankind divided? Mods?

Because we are human... and we have a need to form social groups.
Those groups often compete for resources with other groups.
This leads to tension, and thus conflict.
We must not rule out mental defect in social group leaders which propel violence on other groups.

You keep using the term "rad beings" like they are all one entity. They are not.
They are a collection of species that have mutated, with the sole commonality being that radiation is the source of their mutation.
Just because a rad hound and a rad stag are "rad beings" does NOT make them allies or friends. They are still a predator carnivore and prey herbivore, and the Rad Hound will happily kill and eat the Rad Stag if it can..
Outside of the animal kingdom, The is only Ghouls that could be considered "Rad Beings": And they are just HUMANS that have mutated due to radiation... They don't suddenly "ally" with radiation mutate animals.

Ghoul blood in Fallout 4 is red, or green (glow ghouls).

The railroad, brotherhood, Gunners, Institute, Purple People Eaters will NEVER be the same "faction"... They have nothing in common, and in many cases hate each other.... Why can't we all get along? Because we're human. WE CAN NEVER GET ALONG!!!!!!!!

(War. War never changes)

No.
They are starting as one faction then splitting apart would not be more interesting:
It would be the "uncanny valley". (Look that term up), And not believable at all.
Unified groups only splinter due to outside forces, be that a dwindling resources, a threat, a natural disaster.... Unified groups don't spontaneously splinter.

Second, Fallout is a post apocalypse, Dystopian setting. Industry is none existent, basic resources are scarce, There is no organised government -just small collections of civilisation. (At least in Bethesda games. NV is an exception that has NOT been repeated)
Couple that with environmental threats (Global Warming, Radiation, unpredictable weather patterns) And you have every reason for why there WOULD NOT be a large unified faction.

However, the further we move from the bombs falling, the likely it is that civilisation would grow and spread.... It just probably wouldn't be a democratic force... More likely a despotic, or Hereditary/autocratic style government would come to power first....

The blood colour you can test in-game by shooting them.

As for whether we should see a united humanity that faces mutants and other threats before fracturing into the diverse factions we see in Fallout 4, I would say no. It doesn't fit the existing lore. where various human groups arose from the shattered remnants of humanity without ever combining in the first place.

EDIT:
That said, it might make for an interesting story to see such a situation, where a unified group is undergoing a schism due to internal pressures. We've seen something a little like it in Fallout 3 with the Brotherhood Outcasts, but not as the main background for a story (unless Fallout 76 did something with it).

Compared to "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl" there are factions in "Fallout".
In "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl" there are no factions. Or at least none who can be distinguished. All people are only in a single fundamentally suicidal puree that can no longer refrain from romanticizing, so "... (Valve defends Russians)"

In "Fallout" I understand the reason for the existence of the political groups because of the "Ghoul".
Repetition:
The wiki/Ghul arab غُول are over 104 year olds.
See: wiki/huehue_xicohténcatl
so:
In the United States there was a time when many people have been over 104 years old. That is why not everyone is immediately Raider (a word that does not exist in German, best translated as: a reliable devastator).
Very comparable to the mood of the Legacy of Kain series.
See: VIDEO
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfgJmMcYYDM&ab_channel=Joudas
so:
The "ghouls" are divided into the faction of the "Hylden" and the "ancient winged".

Essentially the story of Wiki/Aztlán = Wiki/Cahokia
The Gothic (The Horror I Embrace it) Therapists, and the Nahuatl Linguists, have changed differently again.
wiki/aufpäppeln (Complete Lost in translation in English) is a huge topic in the Aztec religion.

Reminder: "Betty" Avatar of Stadislaus Braun
holotapes, Metaphor for:
Today you can discuss "THE something" much more competently and more effectively.

There is:
- Avatar rooms (wiki/Metaverse), so you no longer have to express all of this with your own voice, see Fallout 3 "Betty". When I express my thoughts about the overpopulation, then only with my girl Avatar (or my Adolf H. Avatar, I as always stable soul with my monotonous way of speaking).
Then:
- TTS Text to Speech Video Audio books, so you can illustrate the information on how to carry out a concentration camp more effectively than with teachers. In addition, all information on psychology, art history, biology, medicine, ... Trivial in the form: free, without effort, at any time.
- TTS Text to Speech, which makes it possible to do self therapy. The technique of how to become a good psychotherapist can only be learned with TTS, not in the seminar. no longer any suicide, because as an exhaustion of euthanasia or mass deportation, you were involved. Simply record your own traumatizing thoughts on the microphone, edit the subtitles of the video, and have a different voice read from the robot. (wiki/mirror_neuron).
- Telephoning on the Internet with screen recording Stream, so you can speak competently about hate. (on Discord or Telegram)
Current example, in Germany there are at least 2 group rapes in Germany every day, in France there is already "Metoo" regarding mass rape, as the current case from Avignon shows. (old wife, between 64 to 71 Years old, delivered to 83 men from his own district.)
- Telephoning on the Internet with a screen recording, about that arguments of the opponents or cattle, such as the "shame" argument. The general psychological knowledge of the Gothic can be shared trivial, and the 3 reliability, i.e. hedonism, affluant neglect, genetic disability, can be illustrated using sample examples. no one gives a lecture selftalk about their confusing findings (we can talk to each other), trivially sharing the findings together, everyone sitting on their own PC.
- ....

so:
the fellow human beings have left Wiki/Aztlán = Wiki/Cahokia, leaving the ghouls behind.
And this legacy of the ghouls, means that there are factions in "Fallout".
unlike no factions in "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl" (or "Metro" Frnachise).

I have already outlined how I would like factions to be in Fallout 5... essentially as a cookie cutter of the "Fallout Connosioure" on YouTube.
