Sorry to hear it you cannot launch Far Cry games you purchased on Steam.
If you have downloaded Ubisoft Connect client along with the game via Steam, chances are this is an old, outdated version that may not be able to connect to the servers any more.
Please download and install a new version from its official website: https://ubi.li/YVY0k
Run Ubisoft Connect as administrator.
You need to link your Steam account with a Ubisoft account - https://ubi.li/h3FUT
Make sure UC exe file is allowed via Windows firewall, as Ubisoft core services are needed.
games fine. relax. also don't blame the random ubisoft person on steam genuinely. great people just trying to help. they have no control over the game.
