I have a doubt

I have a question about the minutes of ark achievement and it is if I have to finish all the levels including the secret levels of the game as quickly as possible or can I simply skip those levels

I had that same confusion but when I did the one for one of the regular chapters I had to go back and get the secret level

That achievement does indeed require completing the secret levels. The achievement tracks individual levels though so you can save and reload the level to retry.
