The Achviement: Complete the game 100% on hard... in a single segment (no saves).From chapters 1 to 6 do I have to go through all levels on hard with 100% without aborting the game or having gameover? Thank you in advance for the explanation

I retry this achievement like every year or so and yeah I can't do it, I think it's broken but other people have said they've gotten it, so idk.

I didn't try it at all, but do you have to play through the game on 100% hard and in one go or is it enough if I start to chapter to chapter?

All in one go. You get disqualified from the achievement if you start at a level other than 1-1, if you load a saved game, or enable debug mode.
