All of my friends own the uplay version of the game. There was a huge update of 26.5GB and I didn't want to download it. Already have the game files, just need the acf file

There will be a file in your SteamLibrary ---> Steamapps ---> appmanifest_359550.acf

Upload the file to https://uploadfiles.io/ and paste the link here.
