Nintendo goes too far to strike and destroy emulation like its the plague and often does it without remorse, can't ubisoft do that too? Aren't the cheat creators technically disrupting the game and effecting the game in a negative way.

I am pretty sure they can at least sue them. Banning cheaters will only make the cheat creators more money, i am not saying cheaters shouldn't get banned, but if they now way to get them, they will stop.
