I'd be surprised if at least 30% of players don't experience problems like disconnects and lags out of nowhere

I turned the game on today for the 1st time in a long time, I ran it in dx11 and it was unplayable, I couldn't even choose an operator 1st round, it just kept freezing. Had to launch it in dx12 and it ran way better. It blows my mind, I played the game on release on a pc I had nearly 10yrs ago, my fps was capped at 200... Tried it 9 yrs later and my fps is at 70-130 at lowest settings and the worst freezing I've ever seen in a modern game... What the
