Every time I try to start this program it says: "CyberLink PowerDIrector was not activated because the product key you entered has been used too many times for activation." Has anyone experienced this?

i recently purchased powerdirector 14 ultra on steam and was wondering if there is any way to upgrade to ultimate withought having to pay the full price since i already purchased this version

just bought mine copy, first time using and it crashed 3 times, sent reports.... help.

I go to launce software and it says i'm missing the .exe. i checked for files and it didn't dl any missing files it was 100%.
