Regarding movement, is it because the performance is bad or because the movement is just slow? The game doesn't have terribly rapid movement, but you can sprint by pressing in the Left Analog stick or tapping the Shift key while moving.
I have tried all the combinations of settings and the game still does not get clear. I've watched youtube videos of the game and mine does not look or work anything near them.
The girl in the main menu looks like a manequin. The menu looks like cramped text most of the time.
I will try to upload a screenshot so you can see.
My computer specs are as follows:
Intel Core i7 4720HQ CPU
Nvidia Geforce GTX 980M
8GB RAM
The movement is still slooooow and very upsetting. I can't even get the key from the nightstand before the phone rings, because the cursor and the camera are so slow and laggy that I can't control them the way I need to so I can play.
Thank you for your attention and will to help me.
Here's what I would suggest. Go to Nvidia [www.nvidia.com] and make sure you've got the latest drivers and have the Nvidia Control Panel.
Then, select Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings tab > Preferred graphics processor dropdown, select High Performance Nvidia Processor.
If you want to double-check to see which card you are using, try running DXDiag on your computer (you can search for it on Windows 10 and it should show up). If you go to the Display 1 tab, it will most likely show Nvidia Geforce GTX 980M if that's the card you are using. Otherwise, it will probably say something like Intel HD or something similar. If it says Intel anything, that means your machine isn't using the Nvidia card, and the above steps should sort you out.
Let me know if that works!
I really appreciate your time and effort to help me.
