When i launch my game , the gear turns , then it stops , and my game crashes , i tried uninstalling it and restoring the files but nothing worked.

When i quit the game regularly, it either crashes or freezes, but hardly ever manages to exit normally, and even that takes about 30 seconds

Title says it. When I try to upload it to the workshop, it tells me: "Upload to steam workshop failed due to insufficient account privileges." Not sure why I wouldn't have account privileges to upload as I uploaded things a week or so ago from another game....
