Bummed to refund: Game won't launch
I missed the boat on the Arkham series when it first came out. With the sale, I was excited to finally give it a try. But I've spent about 2 hours troubleshooting the game now, trying to get it to run on a modern PC.

I re-installed, verified the files, ran it in compatibility mode, tried different setting combinations in the launches, re-downloaded PhysX and DirectX, downloaded files straight from Microsoft, and just about every other tip I could find online, but nothing did the trick. The moment I hit "Play" from the launcher, it crashes.

I see a bunch of people posting here about similar issues. Good luck to all of you! I hope you succeed where I failed.

Have you tried the folder and registry trick? It did it for me just this morning.

i tried nothing happened, i don't know what to do! i'd really love to play this game cause i only played arkham city and arham knight. I even write at the support

from another game but worked the same for me sounds like DirectX is failing to load properly so having some of the dlls next to the launcher and game binary fixes it
