Might need a CM if they don't have one already to help with keeping the flow of information available so it doesn't cut into their work time.

They are working on multiple rounds.

Hi! Haha yes, I'm sorry about the lack of activity, it's hard to find time to do multiple things here at once... but! We're hard at work. Multiple rounds are still being worked on (no clue it was going to be this difficult, but turns out there are a lot of small things that go into making it not just functional but a smooth experience.) I've also been working on a new map, so that's been taking a ton of my time as well.

But, yes! Things are still going and hopefully we'll have a bigger update soon!

Using the twitter page might help in these instances since it's quick and easy to just put out a statement saying how work's getting done and "more news soon" or something. But good that you all've been making progress despite the bumps that come up with getting everything sorted out.

I see you guys didn't learn a lot during the hawken debacle.

At least you're matched with a fitting publisher this time around.
MiniCharge 6 Sep, 2015 @ 4:54am
You obviously have no history or understanding as to what went down with HAWKEN if you're making that statement.

Don't you have some Santa ipad games to code, or something? Oh, wait, you're working with the Big Rigs guys on a generic modern warfare shooter that blatantly rips off a rainbow six game.

With like 50 concurrent users and a 10 dollar price tag.

>it's hard to find the time to do multiple things at once!
>no idea it was gonna be this difficult!

Holy dead robot games, Batman! How are you guys still making videogames!?

But I mean, this might just be salt from a salty robot veteran. By all means, do share with the class what exactly went down with hawken. You guys kinda didn't want to before your ship sank, then we found out all about it from the 'hawken heroes,' anyway.

Did you write all the Stellar Stone games or just produce? If you produced them, did you come up with the ideas and give them the okay to be released?

Ok, here's the catch :). I licensed my game engine to Stellar Stone in exchange for large chunk of the company. Games were developed in Ukraine and published by a US company called Gamemill.
So unfortunately I didn't have much design and development input or any power to stop them from being released. Big Rigs was released in pre alpha stage as far as I know.
But for some reason I got all glory and recognition :)))))))))

True enough. He did pretend he had nothing to do with that game, but, you know... I forgot to mention that he was also behind The War Z, a game so bad it was pulled from steam during the era they didn't pull games from steam, and then had the name changed to infestation: survivor stories.

Truly, this is a great legacy, and I see no problem with a game being published by these people, and developed by the former Adhesive crew, who apparently had no idea that making a videogame was hard, or that you have to do multiple things at once. But don't take my word for it! Look at the 50 concurrent players.

Thank you, thank you. Just doing my duty.

Warz got changed to Infestation because of a copyright claim from the makers of the movie "World War Z" look it up before you talk ♥♥♥♥ here.

I don't see any ♥♥♥♥ talking, except that done by the devs and publishers. The 50 people playing kinda says all that needs to be said.

Damn, dawg, right now, there's 27 players online. My chinese cartoon fighting games have 20x that number!

-2/10 game, enjoy getting dropped like hawken before it.

Laugh away. At this point though, I have to ask how bored you people really are. If you despise this game so much, why waste time on here? It's one thing to pop on, give your opinion, etc etc... But why continue trying to change other peoples point of view? Unless you can provide concrete evidence that the game will fail, your opinions aren't going to sway those with a different viewpoint. Seeing as none of you have a mythical time traveling Delorean though, I highly doubt you'll present any empirical data to change anyone's minds. I've personally played other games that suffered a shortage of community, but within time things changed, and everyone had fun, so that being said... I'm not going to assume I can predict the future of this game just yet, and all of you should stop assuming yourselves.
