Does transferring saves disable achievements?

Hello everybody, I recently started playing Sniper Ghost Warrior 2, and while I really like the gameplay, I was immensely disappointed about the missing cloud saves.
Since I like to play on my desktop PC while at home and on my laptop while away, I simply worked around the problem with manually transferring the saves back and forth via OneDrive.
So far so good, just for playing the game this works fine, but I am wondering now whether that disabled the achievements in game. I finished act III today, but there is no achievement popping up for that, as well as no achievements fpr killing people with my sidearm etc. etc.

Does this kind of swapping saves disable achievements?
If so, that would be really annoying, since I don't plan to start this game anew since I am way to close to the end.

There are save files that may affect one or more achievements. For example, here it affects some multiplayer achievements. There is a guide on Steam from a person who provides such a file. You can download it and get the campaign achievements in one. There are people for whom it has worked and for others it has not. But it doesn't cost you anything to try.
If it doesn't work for you, then leave the game for a while and someday when you don't know what game to play, you start a new campaign and get the achievements that haven't appeared, but without saved files or anything at all. Just a clean install of the game.

I played this off and on for years on PC. Recently, I transferred my save and any other profile info over to Steam Deck to continue there. I was able to continue my game and finish it, earning achievements on Steam Deck, including a multiplayer trophy. So it seems you can.
