Why isn't this tethered to my account?
I used to own this. It used to be in my library regardless of being uninstalled. Any chance of being able to tether it again?

Try following this URL:

steam://install/3483

If you uninstall Peggle Extreme after that, it should still be listed in your library.

Thanks but I tried this already. Doesn't tether the game.

Free games usually aren't tethered. This is a demo distributed for free.

I'm fully aware of this but it's still tethered for friends of mine that bought the same Orange Box package that I purchased.

I believe Peggle Extreme was once included with The Orange Box. It's probably long past that deal expiring.

I can say I was troubled for a long time on this too. i got it part of orange box then one day "gone". Took me a long time to eve n remember the game was named peggle. Let alone Peggle extreme.
