Lali-Ho magazine and Bestiary achievements bugged?
So, I finished the game and after replaying some parts, all I'm missing are the 2 achievements related to reading all the Lali-Ho magazines and 100% the Bestiary.

For the magazines, I got them all on the first run, but in Palom's tale, I gave it to Leonora and she threw it away, so I replayed it now, I read it and it didn't register. Do I need to finish Palom's tale again? Do I need to replay the Crystals tale again after loading data from Palom's tale where I read the magazine?

For the Bestiary, some entries won't update. I was at 98% on Porom's tale (only missing the White Dragon entry) and when I found it, it appeared in the Bestiary, but the percentage is still stuck at 98% and it won't register as complete.

Any idea what to do about this?

I've replied to similar problem before, but the OP never confirmed whether my suggestion worked or not. Neither can I confirm it myself as I've already gotten the achievement.

So after you finish Palom's Tale again and use the completed save file to replay The Crystals, you need to play until you reach the Depths to unlock the ??? area where you'd find the final Lali-Ho. Supposedly this way the game will register all the Lali-Hos collected. If you intend to try it, I'd appreciate if you could post the result.

Okay, I will try that.

I solved the bestiary issue since the percentage will only increase when I actually get at least 1 kill of the monster. It was a white dragon in Porom's Tale and it wiped me out on our first encounter. Managed to kill him the second try and then got 100%.

To update you on the Lali-Ho situation. I was originally going to do what you suggested, but to be sure, I went back through the tales, wanting to collect all the magazines with my finished saved files again. As I went through Kain's tale, I grabbed the magazine from Kaipo and the achievement popped up. Didn't have to read it. Didn't have to save afterwards either. So, I could've sworn I collected it earlier, but either I didn't, or I did but it bugged out and didn't register it for some reason.

Anyway, that solves my questions. Thanks for the help, btw!

Thanks for clarifying. There's very little documented information on the 3D Remake of FFIV:TAY, so I have to rely on my and others' experiences for troubleshooting. These are certainly helpful to know.
