I think the question you should be asking is "what would people PAY to play this again".

People want to play shuttered games all the time but ask them to spend money then it's a different story.

There was a friend that wanted to buy the rights from Warner Bros.
I remember the estimate was like a million dollars.

I am sure if you made a "petition on change.org" or "go fund me" or "indigogo" or "patreon" then advertised then you'd get your estimate. I am also sure at least 1000 players would get back to, especially veterans.

Its weird right, i haven't thought about this game in years then randomly it comes up in conversation at work today. No one had the chance to play it, and the idea of playing as multiverse versions of DC Heroes sounded great to all of them. I would love to play this again, i only played a very tiny bit of that beta but I instantly loved it. I'm not sure how well it would do today with the market so saturated though.
