Side-effects and demand for drugs that could cure them
My company, Placebooo Inc., sells 2 products: painkillers and a cure for warts, which causes headache as a side-effect. Sounds like a solid business plan ;)

Do the side-effects of a drug actually affect the demand for other drugs?

If your selling a drug that has the side effect cuases headaches I do think it does increase the demand for headache cure.

Actually it appears not to be the case which is a shame.

Flooded a custome game with a cure with a headache side affect and the demand for painkillers remained entirely static. The demand for migraine cures varied but only with the seasons and not from what product I was selling.

I guess the only things that effect demand are the global events and market saturation.

Real shame this isnt the case. Wonder if that still true now in 2023. Wonder how hard it would be to mod in.
